滤材的正确使用和维护
外滤式脉冲除尘袋安装注意点:
1 袋口与花板口要求密封与固定，人力无法扭转;
2 滤袋垂直悬空在花板下面;
3 相邻滤袋不可互相碰撞;
4 滤袋与骨架搭配正确(骨架长度要比滤袋短2-5CM)
内滤式除尘袋安装注意点:
1滤袋上袋帽处吊挂在除尘器横梁上，下端袋口于花板密封固定;
2滤袋安装应调整好膨胀力值在可承受范围内，定期调整一次;
3滤袋内部各种配件，如袋口卡箍要求配套正确，不能有毛刺断裂等。
